История ГВ: выводы

1️⃣ Кажется, что грудное вскармливание — это ерунда, естественный процесс, приложил — и готово. Но все не так просто. Приложить правильно — целое искусство, которому нужно обучиться.

2️⃣ Учиться кормить грудью по видео — это, конечно, хорошо, но не факт, что получится применить знания на практике (как это случилось со мной). Поэтому советую еще до родов найти хорошего консультанта по ГВ, которого можно будет вызвать домой в первые дни после роддома и сразу наладить процесс.

3️⃣ Услышишь диагноз «плоские соски» — беги. Грамотный консультант научит тебя правильно кормить с сосками любой формы, это не проблема.
