Но самое интересное — наибольший уровень дохода по СЗФО зафиксирован в Ленинградской области — в среднем зарплаты доходят до 90 тыс. рублей. В Петербурге несколько меньше — 86,6 тыс. рублей.

Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
