Сегодня первый заместитель председателя Собрания представителей г.Владикавказа Зарина Черчесова приняла участие в сессии Парламента РСО-Алания, где выступила с докладом по вопросам внесения изменений в Конституцию РСО-Алания, в Закон РСО-Алания №10-РЗ «Об установлении границ муниципального образования город Владикавказ, наделения его статусом городского округа», а также в Закон Республики Северная Осетия-Алания от 07.11.2008 № 48-РЗ «О Реестре муниципальных должностей и Реестре должностей муниципальной службы в Республике Северная Осетия-Алания».
Депутаты Парламента РСО-Алания поддержали и приняли предложенные изменения.

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
