На сессии заксобрания 27 февраля документ приняли в окончательном втором чтении — за него единогласно проголосовали 38 присутствующих депутатов.
Депутат Илья Зайцев заявил, что законопроект был доработан — туда добавили абзац о том, что информирование женщины о наличии «медицинских или социальных показаний к прерыванию беременности» не считается склонением.
Закон устанавливает административную ответственность за нарушение закона, форма которой будет определена позже.
