Украсят Нижний горпарк – здесь появятся ёлка, фотозона «Часы», световые украшения на пешеходном мостике. В Кремлёвском сквере установят ель и светящихся оленей. На зданиях Академии ФСИН и Главпочтамта сделают новогодние проекции.

Плюс починят уличные гирлянды, развесят новые, украсят столбы светящимися консолями, светодиодами, где-то искусственной хвоей. Всё это за 15 млн руб. Ждём появления новогоднего настроения.
