Он также сообщил, что проект ЛЭП 500 кВ с туркменского направления отдан созданной талибами же компании Afghan Invest в обмен на некое месторождение (возможно, как раз свинец в провинции Гор). Отмечено, что это поможет экономить до $200 млн в год
