Комплекс состоит из двух 11-этажных корпусов, объединенных одноэтажной галереей, общей площадью более 22 800 м². Фасады будут выполнены из объемной керамики в природных цветах.

Проект разработан бюро GAFA.

Комплекс будет построен по адресу: Погодинская улица, вл. 24, стр. 1, 2.

Vesper купил площадку в 2021 году у ИФД «Капиталъ», бенефициарами которого считаются совладельцы ЛУКОЙЛа Леонид Федун и Вагит Алекперов.

Сейчас на участке находится морально устаревший бизнес-центр 1932 года постройки и перестроенный в 2000-ых.
