Предположительно новый самолёт будет носить обозначение J-50.

Насколько этот демонстратор является истребителем неизвестно.

Также бессмысленно данный демонстратор причеслять к "шестому поколению", ибо на данный момент сами требования к "шестому поколению" не сформулированы.
