Теперь банки обязаны при выдаче потребительского кредита устанавливать период охлаждения продолжительностью минимум 4 часа для сумм от 50 тыс. до 200 тыс. рублей и минимум 48 часов для сумм свыше 200 тыс. рублей.
За это время граждане смогут принять взвешенное решение, нужен ли им кредит, и, понять не находятся ли они под психологическим воздействием мошенников. А банк или микрофинансовая организация смогут провести проверку и отказать в выдаче, если будет установлен факт мошенничества.
