В рамках ТПУ «Суворовская», которому принадлежат 0,43 га на улице Дурова, можно построить 70 000 м² офисной недвижимости. Максимальная высота застройки составит 200 метров.
На соседнем участке город планирует построить жилой комплекс по программе реновации. Его общая площадь составит 54 800 м².
