Capital Group получила градостроительный план земельного участка на будущий проект жилого комплекса по адресу: Крылатская улица, вл. 33.
Согласно документу, на участке площадью 1,4 га девелопер сможет построить 71 720 м² жилой недвижимости. Также проектом предусмотрен детский сад на 50 мест. Максимальная высота комплекса составит 150 метров.
Архитекторы – бюро «Остоженка».
