Появились детальные визуализации будущего бизнес-центра в составе проекта «Северный порт. Береговые кварталы» на Ленинградском шоссе, который будет строить девелоперская компания Legenda

Архитектурные решения комплекса разработаны компанией KAMEN Architects.

Общая площадь 16-этажного бизнес центра составит 23 870 м², из которых 15 746 м² офисные площади.

Девелопер получил разрешение на строительство и готовится к началу реализации проекта.
