Архитектурный проект бизнес-центра разработало бюро Parsec.

Комплекс общей площадью 89 000 м² состоит из трех разноэтажные офисных башен высотой — от 13 до 23 этажей.

Также проектом предполагается благоустройство общегородского пространства и создание развитой инфраструктуры.
