Екатеринбургский девелопер BAZA Development получил положительное заключение экспертизы по проекту строительства жилого комплекса «Бестселлер» на Перовском шоссе.

В состав жилого комплекса войдут две башни высотой 29 и 16 этажей, объединённые общим стилобатом с разнообразными пространствами для досуга и отдыха.

Комплекс будет построен по адресу: Перовское шоссе, вл. 21.

Сдача объекта намечена на первый квартал 2028 года.

BAZA Development приобрела участок у «Брусники», которая реализует свой проект на соседней территории.
