Будущий комплекс будет включать два высотных жилых корпуса и здание детской образовательной организации.

Каждый корпус состоит из двух высотных башен, соединенных 9-этажной секцией. Высота жилых башен в комплексе составит от 36 до 52 этажей.

Заказчиком строительства выступает компания «РЖД-Недвижимость».

Согласно решению градостроительно-земельной комиссии, на территории грузового двора можно будет построить 380 540 м² недвижимости, из которых 131 880 м² — жилье.

Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
