Власти Москвы одобрили строительство жилого комплекса высотой 10-12 этажей и общей площадью 24 600 м² по адресу: улица Усачёва, вл. 22, Малая Пироговская ул., вл. 15

Застройщиком выступает Regions Development, входящая в структуру группы компаний «Регионы» семьи Муцоевых.

Сейчас на месте застройки находится двухэтажный бизнес-центр «Усачёвский» 1928 года постройки и здание женской консультации, для которой застройщик должен будет предусмотреть место в будущем комплексе и передать на баланс города.

Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes.
