Девелоперу принадлежит участок площадью 5,9 га, который ранее занимало конструкторское бюро «Мотор», принадлежащее «Роскосмосу». Сумма сделки оценивалась в 11-13 млрд рублей, как ранее писал @filatofff.
Помимо жилой застройки на данном участке предусмотрено строительство образовательного центра на 500 мест.

"We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai.
