Комплекс будет построен по адресу: 3-й Силикатный проезд, вл. 6, корп. 1, застройщиком выступает компания Level Group.

На земельном участке площадью 0,6 га появится высотный жилой комплекс состоящий из двух башен в 65 и 46 этажей.

Общая площадь ЖК составит 82 947 м², а максимальная высота — 199,3 метра.
