Ответчик с иском не согласен, о чем представлен отзыв. Объект строят с 2008 года.
Начинал стройку известный в прошлом бизнесмен-инвестор Лаптев, позже здание перешло в собственность компаний Николая Руссу и Николая Фридриха (у них по 50% в "Теннис-Паласе").
