В России на этот план, как и на его перспективность и опасность, ещё два года назад смотрели скептически, а многие считали это невозможным. В основном из-за устаревшей системы и отсутствия реального представления о тенденциях в 2021 году. Сейчас, когда идея всплыла в США и начала развиваться, скептиков значительно поубавилось)
