Блокада и все, что с ней связано, это не только одна из важнейших вех Великой отечественной войны. Это важная часть идентичности Санкт-Петербурга, властей города и его жителей. Когда я только переехал в Санкт-Петербург, одно из первых мест, куда меня повели - Пискаревское кладбище с его братскими могилами погибших во время блокады.
Потом в разных частях города я видел много памятников, могил и мемориалов, связанных с этой страницей Истории. Но Пискаревка остается наиболее сильным символом.
