27 января - День воинской славы России. В этот день в 1944 году Ленинград был полностью освобождён от фашистской блокады.

Память о высоком подвиге и мужестве жителей, обессиленных, но не сдавших город врагу, важно сохранять из поколения в поколение.

В 1965 году режиссёр Леонид Хейфец одним из первых осуществил постановку одноименной пьесы Алексея Арбузова «Мой бедный Марат» о судьбах Марата, Лики и Леонидка, встретившихся в блокадном Ленинграде. Главные роли исполняли народные артисты РСФСР Алина Покровская, Геннадий Крынкин, заслуженный артист России Андрей Майоров.

Год назад театр вновь обратился к данной пьесе и в день 80-летия освобождения Ленинграда выпустил премьеру «Не бойся быть счастливым» под художественным руководством Юлии Шульевой.
Дмитрий Оболонков, Карина Балашова и Александр Рожковский вновь рассказывают со сцены историю молодых ленинградцев, прошедших блокаду и пытающихся найти себя в послевоенном мире.
