При этом, адвокат Ивана Ивановича считает, что в соответствии с законом рассмотрение должно состоятся в Запорожском военном гарнизонном суде.
Защита ссылается на 47-ю статью Конституции Российской Федерации, согласно которой никто не может быть лишен права на рассмотрение его дела в том суде и тем судьей, к подсудности которых оно отнесено законом.
