Ноябрь текущего года выдался «урожайным» на федеральные исследования по указанной тематике. Сначала Росстат, затем Минфин и Минэкономразвития, следом Фонд развития гражданского общества и РИА «Рейтинг» указали правительству Владимирской области на то место, на которое оно вряд ли рассчитывало.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
