Она рассчитана на действующих участников, ветеранов и волонтеров специальной военной операции.
Программа включает в себя дистанционный и очный этап, а также стажировки. После успешного завершения обучения участники смогут устроиться на работу в органы власти, финансовые учреждения и на промышленные предприятия.
Инициатором программы в Томской области стал губернатор Владимир Мазур. Глава региона станет наставником по развитию управленческого потенциала участников.
