Даже ЦИК не позволяет себе менять правила проведения выборов после выборов! А ДВФУ позволяет. Поэтому проректор «рекомендует» ОСС и Департаменту молодежной политики вместе переделать «актуализировать перечень нормативно-правовых актов […] и повторно провести процедуру Прямых выборов с ликвидацией всех нарушений».
Хихихинкали. Ну кто бы сомневался.
