Адвокаты уверены, что уголовное преследование Сероба Гаспаряна незаконно.
Но при этом СНБ и Следком как раз даже и не пытаются получить официальные сведения от российской стороны, на которую изначально попытались повесить всех собак.
Ну не сюр ли? Защита подозреваемого заговорщика открыто умоляет РФ поделиться информацией, а следствию она совершенно не нужна.
