Всю ночь в Краснодаре шла расчистка и обработка дорог, тротуаров, надземных и подземных переходов от снега и гололёда. Обработаны и подходы к остановкам общественного транспорта.

Больше 500 человек трудились с раннего утра, чтобы мы могли безопасно отправляться по своим делам. Большая благодарность за вашу работу!

На магистральных улицах работают 42 машины. Уже использовано больше 330 тонн песко-соляной смеси. Все мосты и путепроводы обработаны.

Прошу водителей и пешеходов проявить осторожность. Спешка опасна не только для вас, но и для других участников движения.

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
