Местные госэкологи в лице Шотладской комиссии по защите животных составили доклад, в котором уличили хвостатых в убийстве аж 700 миллионов (!!!) птиц и иных животных только в Британии и только за год (!!). Впечатлённые этим ужасом, местные власти решили ввести запрет на содержание кошек в некоторых районах. Вполне логичное, и, на мой взгляд, правильное действие.
Но народ восстал, а пресса завопила. Оказалось, что каждая 4-я семья в Шотландии верно служит своему котику... На что теперь власти судорожно оправдываются - «нас не так поняли»...
