Мы говорим о том, что считать офисы только в квадратных метрах уже неактуально. Гораздо важнее учитывать затраты на сотрудника, отталкиваясь от того, сколько людей реально работает в офисе, от типологии планировочных решений и от степени цифровизации рабочих процессов.
Раньше эти параметры было сложно оцифровать, но теперь у нас есть инструмент, который позволяет точно рассчитать потребность компании в офисе и перевести её в понятные финансовые показатели.
Этот подход уже сейчас помогает делать офисные пространства более эффективными, а в будущем, надеемся, станет незаменимым стандартом.
