За несоблюдение требований для граждан предусматривается штраф от 1,5 до 3 тыс. рублей. Для должностных лиц он составит от 5 до 15 тыс. рублей, а для юридических – от 15 до 30 тыс. рублей.
В ранней версии законопроекта предлагалось внести в Кодекс РФ об административных правонарушениях новую статью. В ней размер штрафа за нарушение требований к содержанию домашних любимцев был меньше и составлял до 10 тыс. рублей.

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth." The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. NEWS
