Приобрести билеты можно будет на торгах, в которых смогут участвовать частные лица и организации. Для участия нужно зарегистрироваться на специальной платформе, указав ФИО, ИНН и загрузив фотографию паспорта. Решение о регистрации будет принято в течение одного рабочего дня.
