Глава Харькова Игорь Терехов уточнил, что удар пришелся по Киевскому району города, в результате обстрела начался пожар. По последним данным, пострадали не менее 15 человек, девять из которых были госпитализированы.
В сообщениях местных властей говорится, что обстрел повредил гражданскую инфраструктуру и автомобили. «Попадание пришлось в землю», — написал Синегубов.
