🗣️ «ЖК Достояние Краснодар литер 5, 1 подъезд Конгрессная 33. Нас заливает кипятком, прорвало стояк с горячей водой. Уже больше часа УК ничего не может сделать, бегают как ненормальные, людям заливает квартиры, это просто ужас.»
❓ И вновь нас мучает вопрос: почему в коридорах многоквартирных домов, в технических посещениях и нишах для коммуникаций не оборудуют аварийные сливы в уровне полов, чтобы такие потопы ушли в прошлое? Решение стоит копейки, а экономит сотни миллионов рублей. Почему в Армении, Японии или там в Грузии аварийный слив в полу — это стандарт и норма, а у нас нет?

In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change.
