Проверил темпы капремонта в здании начального блока гимназии №1 имени В.И. Ленина. Все работы должны быть выполнены крайне бережно. Важно полностью сохранить исторический облик. Это одна из наших старейших школ. В 2029 году гимназия отметит 220-летие.

▫️Установлена современная система вентиляции — это нужно для создания комфортных условий обучения ребят и сохранения объекта культурного наследия. Смонтированы сети тепло-, водо-, электроснабжения и канализации, новая кровля взамен протекающей, усилен фундамент, восстановлены отмостки.

▫️Сейчас внимание строителей сосредоточено на внутренней отделке. Важно учесть все детали и особенности. Например, новые окна устанавливают только деревянные, на полу — паркет. Сохранят лепнину, чугунную лестницу, балкон на 2 этаже.

На объекте ведется родительский контроль — такую совместную работу администрация школы должна продолжить. Отдельно обсудили оснащение гимназии современным оборудованием.
