В дежурную часть Управления МВД России по г. Стерлитамаку от различных организаций города поступило несколько заявлений о краже силовых и сетевых кабелей.
🚔В ходе оперативно-розыскных мероприятий сотрудниками уголовного розыска был задержан 45-летний местный житель, неоднократно судимый за кражи.
✂️Как выяснилось, безработный мужчина с целью подзаработать срезал в подвальных помещениях многоквартирных домов кабели и провода, принадлежащие различным организациям, с целью дальнейшей продажи. В общей сложности он украл более 400 метров кабеля. Все вырученные денежные средства он тратил на личные нужды.
✍️Подозреваемый дал признательные показания. В отношении него возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного п. «б» ч. 2 ст. 158 УК РФ (кража, совершенная с незаконным проникновением в помещение). Обвиняемый находится под стражей.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
