Уральской транспортной прокуратурой на постоянной основе проводится мониторинг состояния законности в сфере соблюдения трудовых прав работников предприятий транспорта.
В ходе надзорных мероприятий будет дана оценка действиям работодателя в части соблюдения порядка и условий введения организационно-штатных мероприятий на предприятии.
Ситуация находится на контроле транспортной прокуратуры.
