Роскомнадзор примет решение о включении канала в специальный перечень в течение десяти рабочих дней, после добавления в него владелец страницы должен разместить в ее описании ссылку на запись в реестре регулятора, по ссылке можно будет проверить, действительно ли паблик находится в перечне.

«Если канал или страница не будут включены в перечень, рекламодатели не смогут размещать в них рекламу, а другие каналы не смогут репостить их сообщения. Эти ограничения вступят в силу с 1 января 2025 года».

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so).
