Это случилось после того, как надзорное ведомство провело проверку Фонда капремонта.
Основные претензии - серьёзнейший срыв сроков, а также достаточно пассивная работа с нехорошими подрядчиками.
По мнению прокуратуры, Фонд капремонта не проявлял нужной проактивности для принуждения недобросовестных подрядчиков к нужному качеству выполнения своих обязательств.
В настоящее время степень выполнения программы капремонта в Петербурге (если исходить из изначальных планов) оценивается всего в 23%.
И именно Анатолий Повелий курирует петербургское ЖКХ.
