АО «ААА Управление Капиталом», входящее в Группу Газпромбанк, приобрело 22% акций у президента и основного акционера ПАО «ЮГК» Константина Струкова. По итогам сделки Константин Струков остается крупнейшим акционером ПАО «ЮГК» с пакетом акций в размере 67,8% от уставного капитала компании. Доля акций компании в свободном обращении остается 10,15%.
