На мой взгляд, это страх и незнание, как справиться с эпизоотией - вот результат отсутствия ветеринарии в стране. Никакой надзор и информационные системы не заменят рутинную врачебную работу - и сегодня, читая воспоминания, я еще раз в этом убеждаюсь.
