Падрабязнасці пераследу ўкраінскага егера сталі вядомыя летась з прапагандысцкага фільму, у якім Вячаслава падчас следчых дзеянняў вадзілі на ланцугу.
Агулам трох чалавек абвінавачваюць адразу паводле шасці артыкулаў Крымінальнага кодэкса, у тым ліку «здрада дзяржаве» і «агентурная дзейнасць». Працэс у закрытым рэжыме вядзе суддзя Яўген Шаршнёў.
