Беларускі Хельсінкскі камітэт апублікаваў агляд «Правы чалавека ў Беларусі: асноўныя трэнды дзяржаўнай палітыкі: верасень-снежань' 24» і кароткую прэзентацыю трэндаў за ўвесь 2024 год.
БХК маніторыць і адсочвае не любыя парушэнні заканадаўства, а толькі тое, што вядзе да якаснай змены і пераходу на новы ўзровень палітыкі дзяржавы, якая парушае правы чалавека наўпрост або стварае ўмовы для іх парушэння. Якасныя змены адсочваюцца паводле трох напрамкаў: агульныя захады, праваўжывальная практыка і ключавыя рашэнні ды рэакцыі міжнародных структур. Перыядычнасць аналітык — тры разы на год, гэта значыць кожны трыместр, або кожныя чатыры месяцы.
Зараз БХК прадставіў рэпорт за трэці трыместр 2024 года.
