И по информации активистки Евгении Долгой (проект "Палітвязынкі"), Елене Гнаук должны были сделать операцию на кишечнике, потому что там появились новообразования. Такие операции делают в гомельской женской колонии №4, политзаключенную должны были отвезти туда. До сих пор неизвестно, сделали ли женщине эту операцию. С января 2024 года с ней нет вообще никакой связи.
