Грузия — маленькая страна, вооружённые силы у них небольшие. Хотя американцы ими занимались, но масштаб не тот. Что касается Украины, это совершенно другая ситуация, притом что американцы уже были, как наши основные геополитические противники, научены опытом Грузии, поэтому выстраивали линию нападения по различным направлениям, начиная от экономических санкций и заканчивая прямыми поставками смертоносных видов оружия.

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
