По словам научного руководителя Гидрометцентра России Романа Вильфанда, температура около нормы прогнозируется на юге и юго-востоке Сибири, в южной половине Якутии, Амурской области, на юге Хабаровского края и в Приморье.
Даже на северной половине ДФО морозов не ожидается.
Что касается осадков, дефицит прогнозируется в северной половине Якутии, а вот избыток в Бурятии, на Чукотке и Магаданской области, в Приморском крае.
