Росприроднадзор в рамках исполнения поручения Заместителя Председателя Правительства Российской Федерации от 02.04.2024 №ВА-П11-9616 проводит внеплановые проверки в отношении 22 предприятий, осуществляющих деятельность по геологическому изучению, разведке и добыче россыпного золота на территории Республики Башкортостан. Следует отметить, что Росприроднадзор в отношении предприятий ООО "Таналык", АО "Недра", ООО "Графское", ООО" Каменный пояс" осуществляющих деятельность в данном направлении добивается рекультивации нарушенных земель. В связи с этим, Управлением направлены иски в судебном порядке об обязании разработки и утверждении проекта рекультивации нарушенных земельных участков и проведении работ в соответствии с Постановление Правительства Российской Федерации от 10.07.2018 № 800.
