Шегарский межрайонный следственный отдел СУ СКР по Томской области завершил расследование уголовного дела по обвинению индивидуального предпринимателя в даче взятки должностному лицу за совершение заведомо незаконных действий (часть 3 статьи 291 УК РФ).
Следствие установило: с апреля 2021-го по апрель 2022 года предприниматель проводил лесосечные работы в Иловском участковом лесничестве с нарушением правил использования лесов и пожарной безопасности.
В апреле 2022 года он в качестве взятки перевел лесничему на указанный им банковский счет 25 тысяч рублей. Деньги предназначались за подготовку и выдачу лесничим актов осмотра лесосеки без указания на допущенные нарушения и за непривлечение предпринимателя к административной ответственности.
