Зеленую гречку я отваривала нам с мужем на обед на пробу и одну ложку столовую отложила Аделине добавила туда половину взбитого яйца и поставила готовится на пару вместе с мясным суфле, на которое кстати ушла другая половина взбитого яйца

Итак, рецепт: пол банки пюре + пол взбитого яйца и ложка муки - на пару 20 минут 💛👠
А кабачок с морковью обернула в фольгу и закинула в духовку , пока там пеклась курица 🌝
