Смотрится старинный дом несколько странно на фоне подпирающего его новостроя. Эксперты "Архнадзора" еще в начале работ указывали на то, что элитный ЖК отсечет усадьбу от исторического ансамбля застройки, куда входят усадьба Демидова, церковь Николы в Толмачах и ряд особняков, примыкающих к Третьяковской галере
